Steve Cherry – Co-Owner
Steve is Co-Owner of Home Care Assistance. His role is to ensure that HCA “Changes the Way the World Ages” by educating our community and providing quality home care. He oversees the day to day operations, business development and advertising. Steve has spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry. Over the previous 10 years he has started and owned multiple successful healthcare IT and software companies. He has been an active participant in the Discover Franklin – Council on Aging program for seniors. His commitment to quality and compassionate care is evident in the people and services provided by HCA.
Tinia Cherry – Co-Owner
Tinia is Co-Owner of Home Care Assistance. Her role is to manage the daily office operations. She is responsible for client services, human resources and benefits management. Tinia uses her background in microbiology, hospitals and information technology to ensure our processes run smoothly. She focuses on standardizing our processes when possible and educating staff on those expected standards. Her passion for efficiency drives the entire staff to provide the highest quality possible.
Tiffany Damron – Care Coordinator
Tiffany is responsible for our caregivers. Twenty five years experience as a caregiver give her an in depth understanding of client and caregiver needs. She is able to match the best caregiver with each client based on a detailed client assessment. Tiffany is in constant communication with both caregiver and client to ensure each are satisfied with HCA. She provides orientation and on-going education for our caregivers and makes regular quality assurance visits to client homes. Tiffany’s focus is to hire, train and develop our people into outstanding caregivers. She is also responsible for managing our 24 hour on-call schedule.
