Jennifer Thompson - Co-Owner

Jennifer Thompson, RN – Co-Owner

Jennifer is co-owner of Home Care Assistance Nashville. She has called the Nashville area home for over 20 years and absolutely loves the people here. She holds a bachelors degree in nursing from Belmont University. Her time as a registered nurse has given her the experience and drive to change the way the world ages and Home Care Assistance has given her the place to do just that. She will be overseeing the day to day operations of the company and visiting with families and clients to insure they are receiving the care they need.


Carl Thompson - Co-Owner

Carl Thompson – Co-Owner

Carl is co-owner of Home Care Assistance Nashville. He holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of North Alabama. Carl will be working behind the scenes to make sure we have the resources needed to successfully care for our clients. His attention to detail and business expertise gives him the knowledge to make sure the business side runs smoothly. He truly cares for people and everyone who knows him knows that he is a man of integrity and always strives to do the right thing.

Together they make a great team and share the common goal to make a difference and change the way the world ages!


AngelaBauer

Angela Bauer – Client Care Manager

Angela Bauer was recently added to the team as the Client Care Manager. Angela is an accomplished business professional with experience in management, merchandising, supervisory, and marketing. Her desire is to draw from those experiences and pair them with her passion to help others especially those who are in their golden years. Volunteer work with senior centers and meals on wheels early in her career provided rewarding experiences. Those experiences led her to seek out a role which will impact and improve the lives of others.

Sara Gist – Office Manager

Sara Gist has over 7 years of home care experience working closely with clients and caregivers. She comes from the Dallas/Fort Worth area where she has been the Office Manager with Home Care Assistance for the last 4 years managing HR, employee needs, client scheduling, payroll, billing, and administrative duties. Prior to Home Care, Sara served in the United States Air Force as a Military Police Officer. Sara has a passion for helping others and providing quality care with respect and compassion. She also holds a great deal of pride in her team of amazing caregivers.


SaraGist

Kristen Weed – Office Assistant

Kristen Weed has recently joined our team as the Office Assistant. Kristen has come to us with a diverse background. Her most recent experience was working indirectly with staff as a Scheduling Coordinator which included hiring and on-boarding nursing staff, scheduling, as well as other administrative and HR duties. Prior to this, she was an Assistant Office Manager for a Neurotherapy office. She also has over 6 years of experience working as a caregiver and medication technician in many different settings including but not limited to home care, assisted living and emergency services.
